Product Details
A very significant feature of CNC center stands is their high degree of automation.
When in use, the processing steps can be programmed into the processing program according to
the processing sequence and processing content to achieve the purpose of programmed processing.
This type of center stand is mostly used in the production of small batches of complex parts.
It can complete the processing of all parts except the clamping part in one clamping.
This type of center stand is mostly used on machine tools such as turning and milling composite machining centers.
In addition to CNC center stands, there is another type of center stand, which is the ordinary center stand (also called manual center stand).
This type of center stand is generally used in situations where large batches require partial processing.
Since the workpiece needs to be clamped multiple times, the center stand can support and
center one end of the long workpiece during the clamping process. Manual center stands are generally used on CNC lathes.
With the continuous development of science and technology, the scope of use of CNC center frames is becoming wider and wider.
It has liberated manpower to a great extent, allowing us to have more time to do other work. After the system data is set, the product error is also smaller.
